North West – Business Development Manager 

Location: Manchester, Liverpool, Warrington and surrounding areas
Salary: £49,000 basic plus car allowance, uncapped commission and excellent benefits

What You'll Do as a Business Development Manager:

  • Identify, pursue, and secure new business opportunities in the industrial recruitment sector.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients by understanding their needs and providing tailored recruitment solutions.
  • Collaborate with branches to maximise client engagement and revenue potential.
