Role Overview:

As a Trainee Recruitment Consultant, you will immerse yourself in the recruitment industry, specifically within the driving sector. You will collaborate with a dynamic team that thrives on the excitement of matching the right candidates with the right clients.

The main objective of this position is to expand the location and enhance our driving recruitment services.

 

 

Responsibilities

 

What You’ll Do:

  • Secure new vacancies through innovative and dynamic sales and business development initiatives.
  • Provide thorough recruitment services for both temporary and permanent positions, skillfully overseeing the entire process.
  • Produce high-caliber leads for sales efforts from a variety of sources.
  • Consistently meet and surpass daily and weekly objectives for outreach calls and client meetings 
  • Work alongside experienced consultants to gain essential knowledge about the recruitment process and current industry trends.
  • Promote our driving division by fostering strong client relationships and comprehending their recruitment requirements.
  • Excel in a fast-paced environment, juggling multiple tasks with ease and maintaining high-quality standards throughout.
