Gi Group are looking for a Senior Account Consultant to be the face of our brand on-site at our client’s location(s).

As a Senior Account Consultant, you’ll be at the heart of our business, managing client accounts, sourcing top candidates, and driving recruitment strategies. You’ll act as a trusted advisor for our clients and a career champion for job seekers, ensuring the perfect match every time.

Key Responsibilities:

• Build and nurture strong relationships with clients, understanding their unique hiring needs.
• Proactively source and attract top-tier candidates through innovative recruitment strategies.
• Manage end-to-end recruitment processes, from initial contact to onboarding.
• Provide expert advice and market insights to both clients and candidates.
