We’re looking for an Account Coordinator to step into a well-established contract within our Site Managed Services division. This is a warm desk, managing a client relationship we’ve successfully supported for over 10 years.

The Role:
Partner with the onsite Account Team to meet the client’s workforce needs across multiple sites
Manage candidate attraction, onboarding, compliance, induction, and payroll
Oversee workforce management to ensure branch KPIs and client fulfilment targets are met
Maintain compliance with client audits and company standards
The Person:
Recruitment background is ideal, but strong customer service and organisational skills will also be considered
Skilled in problem-solving, negotiation, and relationship management
Knowledge of food manufacturing is beneficial
Full UK driving licence and access to a car is essential (multi-site travel required)
